Bates Paving & Sealing Inc

This was a great company for our H.O.A. to work with. Everyone from the initial estimator to the men who did the hard labor, did a wonderful job. Our street looks so much better now. The micro sealing was definitely the way to go. It looks like it was just paved!

Bates Paving & Sealing, Inc - I want to thank you for an OUTSTNDING job!!! Our road was over 25 years old and after the repaving job you performed, it was like new! Your supervisors, Orlando and Mark, were great to work with and addressed all of my concerns about the edging and making the asphalt flush with the existing concrete footers. The crew did a great job blocking off the road and keeping the worksite clean. In addition, the shoulders are beautifully graded, and the road is sloped perfectly for drainage. Finally, Josh was wonderful to work with coming out to give us an estimate and scheduling our project. I give Bates Paving & Sealing the highest recommendation for repaving as well as crack seal and seal coating work. Thanks SO much! - Jack

We had Bates Paving & Sealing do our Mission Oaks complex. Great work by a group of really professional workers. We could not get one car moved from our guest parking during our sealing phase, and Bates came back later to seal that spot. They also came back to my carport to seal a triangular spot that was missed by their sealing machine. Great job! Thank you to the Bates employees!

I cannot say enough great things about Bates Paving & Sealing. I manage HOA communities and have worked with them on 2 large scale projects. I want to specifically thank Josh, Justin, Cesar and his crew. From the sales team all the way to the crews on site they have been nothing but professional, patient, and kind. Top notch service and I will return to them any time I need a bid on a project.

Our Del Webb community in Vail streets have been recently sealed. The streets look nice and refreshed. The crew working on this project was hard working, professional, and considerate.
