Bay Area Asphalt Maintenance

Derek re-striped our 6 parking areas, refreshed the crosswalks, re-aligned a few parking spaces, and repainted the yellow curb at our entrance. Nice work! On time, on budget, and the job was done to perfection. We’ll be using them again in the future.

Best asphalt contractor I have hired. We are a big construction company that does major public projects, after many subcontractors, Mike and Bay Area asphalt have definitely exceeded our expectations.

I recently had my parking lot resurfaced and striped by the Bay Area Asphalt Company, and I couldn't be more pleased. Their workmanship is top-notch, with great attention to detail. The team maintained cleanliness throughout the process, and communication was easy and efficient. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Bay Area Asphalt to get some striping done at General Dynamics. Chris the owner was incredibly fast at replying and was out to view the job within 24 hours. He had his team on site that weekend and did a phenomenal job in our parking lot. Highly recommend Bay Area Asphalt for any job you need done!

Bay Area Asphalt Maintenance is one subcontractor I can always count on to get the job done one time, with great attention to detail and professionalism. Our company builds new parking lots and I can depend on Bay Area Asphalt Maintenance to ice the cake and please my clients every time.
