Bay Cities Asphalt

Flaggers inattentive and rude and behave as if I, on my way to work, am annoying them as they have to look up from their phone as I pass by. The drivers act like they own the road with no regard for the residents of the area. Parking in the middle of the road or in front of driveways for extended periods. Give very dirty looks showing obvious annoyance we are driving in our neighborhood or trying to enter our driveway. Patches in the road are lumpy and bumpy and look amateurish. Not recommended.

They blocked my driveway with no advance notice. No steel plates, no ETA, just stuck at my house having to arrange for family to pick up my daughter from daycare.

PG&E provided services on my street for the gas lines . Employees needed to dig up cement and asphalt on my street. Employees dug up the cement platform on my neighbor's house next to mine. Staff threw equipment and tools on my property, to which I objected, and they removed. When the cement project was finished, I found numerous small - medium sized cement rocks in my yard, and that my fence had been broken by force from the other side. Although I reported this on 4/11, it took until 4/25 to repair my fence to it's original condition. The first "repair " on 4/23 was done using used wood, and included 2 separate pieces of wood, rather than the single piece that was there originally. Also, employees that arrived to perform the acceptable repair today, spoke Spanish only. .m

The crew at BCA took great care of our property, taking it from gravel, dirt, and leaves to clean lined asphalt! We fully enjoyed watching the transformation, and the crew work so diligently to make our dreams happen. Our children will forever make memories at the property, with the asphalt being the center piece of our gatherings! Thanks BCA for your hard work and dedication, not to mention the best pricing in the whole Bay Area!! 🙏👌🫶
