It costs my company money to pay for a porta potty to be on site cleaned and maintained by the company I have asked your trucks your employees each individual to stop coming onto our job site and using our restroom they are making a mess they're being disrespectful they are going to get me fined for an extra clean up

Terrible company with no respect for those living near where they are working. Their team working at the intersection of Powell and Hollis regularly run their jackhammer at 7 in the morning. This is a flagrant violation of noise ordinances and really just demonstrates what type of people work here. Oh, and I can confirm that they are as bad at parking as they are driving.

I don’t even know where to begin. The contractor Jason treated me so poorly. He thought my problem was funny and Hung Up On Me. The project they’re doing in Alameda has completely disrupted my life. And for no reason at all, they’re not even working on the road near my house, but yet they have the road blocked off and no parking in front of my house. I cannot entertain, get a gardener to my house, easily get my groceries in… Etc. Their solution is for me to park several blocks away, and to ask my guest to park illegally. I was never informed of their project even though I’m now being told that it may last 18 months. . This should be criminal. They don’t even bother to post their license number on their correspondence. I cannot believe the City Of Alameda hired these people who have absolutely no respect for the residents. Bay City left a message here on Google for me to telephone them so we can talk about it. Notice in their comment that no one left a name. I called there three times was told the owner is on vacation, when I asked to speak to someone in charge the operator just hangs up on me.. Four times she has now hung up on me. She may have blocked my number. Their comment showing concern is absolutely not Sincere as they will not even accept my phone call.

Warning: Aggressive Driver I had a harrowing experience with a driver from Bay Cities Paving & Grading on the 120 split from 99 to 120 in Manteca, CA. The driver sped up instead of yielding, nearly forcing me off the road. I'm extremely cautious about recommending companies with drivers who exhibit such reckless behavior. Please exercise caution if you encounter vehicles from this company. This company starting work at 5:45 am and woke our neighborhood. They left the road stripped for six days. Rocks and dust flying damaging our cars. No regard for the residents. If you see their trucks coming leave town because you are about to experience the most negligent service possible.
