We have a crazy hoa and it's hard to find anyone who is willing to do our gravel roads. We found Bear Creek who was in the area who was willing to work with our budget. The problem is our hoa is made up of members who love to complain about everything. Bear creek did half of a road that was beautiful and perfect. Some members complained about the washboarding which is caused by speeders not the professional job. Washboarding slows speeders and are nothing compared to the huge pot holes that we had that I filled with larger rocks to build it up. Unfortunately for our road and the lack of having competent board members that throughout the years no professional has worked on it that its down to the sub rock. The damage on our roads caused by this makes it difficult for professionals to do a good job with lack of funds. Bear creek did an excellent job considering what they had to work with. Our members really suck in our hoa and the problem keeps getting worse by members who don't pay. Thank you Bear Creek for doing an excellent job! Reach out to me if you need anyone on your side if any disputes should occur from our hoa.

Had to work with a multi owned driveway on a hill. He managed to please us all. Great preping and smooth ride when done. Thank you.
