The contractor, Clinton, is excellent. He demonstrates superior skills, unusually high integrity and honesty, and takes pride in providing a superior product. Clinton's good communication skills and requests for ongoing customer input and feedback result in a final product that is beautifully completed, very functional, and pleasing to the customer.

I’ve known Clint for years and have collaborated with him from a structural engineering perspective on several of his projects. Having seen his process from the inside, I can vouch for his character and his work ethic without reservation. ​Clint is the type of professional who never cuts corners. He has an immense respect for the integrity of a build and is incredibly diligent about following the specs. He’s observant, proactive, and always focuses on doing things the right way rather than the easy way. He can handle any level of scale or complexity. If you get Clint and team to work on your job they won't disappoint!

Clint built a pergola on our existing patio at a very reasonable price. He used extra large beams for the basic construction. The project was well done and completed in a reasonable timeframe and at the estimated price. We were very pleased with the price and the quality of work, and it has held up well in light of the effect of weathering over time. We would certainly use Clint again for any future home construction project.

Clint and his small yet efficient work crew are fantastic. From his honesty about timelines the first time we spoke, to him going above and beyond throughout our project when it came to attention to detail, keeping a tidy job site, and always having a generally great attitude, we couldn't be happier with the experience we had with him. We already have him scheduled to return in the spring for a different project and will undoubtedly look to him for future work beyond that in the future. Brief summary of work completed: excavate vegetation/failing retaining wall/sidewalk along street, remove and replace decking and stairs (including amazing hand fabricated steel and cable railing system), install poured concrete retaining walls w/ appropriate drainage, add stone & paver landscaping. We plan to cover the concrete with a slatted 1x6 cedar fascia eventually. FYI - Clint did not build the greenhouse pictured. That was a side project completed by my wife, an unlicensed builder, though it turned out pretty well!

We are very pleased with Clint’s work. He has done multiple projects for us and always does a beautiful job. We appreciate his attention to detail while also working efficiently. We asked him to put in an outdoor kitchen this spring and he did not disappoint! The concrete counter was the most nerve wracking part, and he nailed it!! It’s gorgeous. We got many compliments on the kitchen this summer. Thank you, Clint!
