Bel Rock Asphalt Paving, Inc.

I am incredibly disappointed not only with my driveway, but with Bel-Rock's customer service. I had a new driveway installed last Summer. The worker who was driving the roller stepped off the roller onto my fresh asphalt leaving dirty imprints on my new driveway. These never washed off and have not faded. When I called to complain I was told that I should pay them to have it sealed and that would solve the issue. I was then quoted over 200$. When I complained that it's not fair for me to pay to have this issue solved I was given a discount of 10%! 10%?! Are you kidding me? This after giving this company THOUSANDS of dollars for my new drive. Also, I have grass growing out of my new asphalt on one side of the driveway. Clearly the driveway was not made thick enough on that side.. When I called to let them know I was told spray it with weed killer and to pay to have it sealed. I don't believe this will remedy the fact that the driveway was laid too thin on that side. It has already been weakened by all the grass growing through it. I was able to speak to the owner, Kelly. He said he would come and talk a look and contact me. That was 9 days ago. I am so disappointed. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They were to plow a business and I was only car parked in front. They plowed all snow from sidewalk in front, into the parking spots. The tiny plow was swinging around so fast not looking behind him. I just picked up a new car the week before and had detailed 2 days before. Im in the building and notice 2 of their men standing close to my car staring at one spot for a bit. When they left I saw A nick that I dont remember being there before. Both the dealership fixed every spot and the detailing would have cleaned it. But when I touched it there were parts like shavings that were new. The guys said looking at because they detailed it. So you just happen to be standing in the exact spot where the nick is and stairing at it. Don't think so. I called the company several times after it happened and no answer. The guys at the time even said would send someone to talk to me but no one came. I called after it happened a few times and no answer. Called the next day and got someone. I said need to talk to mgr. She said he would call back. He took his time. I said they must not have told you. He said they did but no one called him. So why didnt he come to me AND I did call as well as my boss. He said no you didnt because they would have answered. So im a liar. Wow. You dont answer your phone and im a liar. I explained what happened. He said would call next day. That was last thursday. NEVER CALLED ME BACK! Great way to do business, poor customer service. Terrible plow job and ignore an incident. Never trust them!! You know i will watch and videotape next time they come..if there is a next time.

Wow! What critique can I actually give Bel Rock? I absolutely love the quality and professionalism that Bel Rock has. We have used them multiple times and they do such an excellent job. Something I’ve noticed when I drive through our neighborhood, is catch myself smiling with satisfaction because our driveway stands out from our neighbors because of the quality materials and craftsmanship that Bel Rock Asphalt Paving provides. The color of our driveway is such a rich, beautiful black. The sealcoating job that we hired Bel Rock for, stands up through the harsh winters and summer sun, that even a year later it still looks as amazing as day 1. I’ve seen the evidence first hand, in the quality of materials Bel Rock uses compared to the do-it-yourself jobs and professional handymen. You know they have a lot of pride in their work, by their attention to detail and how clean and neat of a job they do. They operate with the same professionalism and quality as if they were doing their own driveway. There is something that stands out about Bel Rock, and the work speaks for itself. The bottom line is….I could never bring myself to call anyone but Bel Rock, because they are the best! Plus, it’s feels great to support our local businesses within our community.

I am very pleased with both the installation of my driveway and the seal coating to preserve it; both performed by Belrock. They are extremely professional, but remain affordable. Great Company!!! I consider them a top-rated company. Will definitely use them again. On a scale of 1-5, I gladly rate them a 5.

No one in the area has the equipment to deliver the best, like BelRock! They set their coordinates of the driveway, and the skid steer grades to perfection! No one around here has that! Also, it’s a family business! From the office to out on the job site, someone family related is there making sure job gets done to standards! I hope they can continue on with competitive pricing and awesome service!
