Black Diamond Paving Inc.

Aljohn and his team have been wonderful to work with on our project in San Ramon. Great communication. Worked well with my Board member who's very hands on. We appreciate all his hard work in ensuring the job is done right. We will definitely use Rose Paving again. Thank you!

Over the years, Black Diamond has completed dozens of large multifamily housing and commercial projects for me. I rely heavily on Chris Soria's experience. He understands the financial challenges some properties present and works hard to develop a custom scope and plan. His notification process and homeowner engagement are unmatched by any competitor. If you own or manage properties, I highly recommend putting Chris Soria's number in your contacts.

Chris Soria is our area representative for Black Diamond Paving. As a Community Manager, I am 100% satisfied with this company. Chris is very patient and will walk me through the proposals, gives us options if there are limited funds available and takes charge of the project from posting notices, to meeting with board members to verify areas of concern. The communities are satisfied with his responsiveness even after the project is completed, they stand behind their jobs.

Properties I manage have contracted with Black Diamond and all have had success with the completed work. They back their work and approach their jobs in a professional manner. I'll continue to request proposals from them in the future. AlJohn (AJ) is a great project consultant and is always available for any questions and concerns.

We are very impressed with our new pavers from Black Diamond Paving. Michael Martinez was our design & project manager and we very much enjoyed working with him. They are honest, don't try to squeeze every cent out of you, and they provide excellent advice that is based on many years of experience in the industry. Black Diamond understood our needs and they worked with us every step of the way. The crew was efficient and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work completed. Zero complaints.
