Black Finish Sealcoat and Striping

Black Finish Sealcoat and Striping is the place to call for any of your asphalt needs! Our property management firm manages a large multifamily apartment complex that was in dire need of an asphalt sealcoating. We had the pleasure of working with Al and Moe and have nothing but great things to say about their professionalism and work. With many units in the complex and dozens of tenants, the team at Black Finish made our job very easy when scheduling and completing the work. The new surface looks great and the tenants and owners are very happy with the work that was done!

Our experience with Black Finish was fantastic. They handled our job in a professional and timely manner all while keeping us in the loop on all progress!

Black Finish Sealcoat & Striping has been THE BEST contractor to work with. Moe's level of communication is beyond anything you will encounter on any platform of customer service. He's commutative, efficient, thorough, detail oriented, etc.; He really does go above and beyond to give you the best customer service and product possible. His efforts don't go unnoticed, I will use Black Finish any chance I can.

As a Property Manager, I deal with all kinds of companies, and it can sometimes be a challenge. That's not the case with Black Finish! Working with Moe was a piece of cake! He made it so easy, from getting quotes, to scheduling, to getting final photos of the completed job. This company is great to work with and the communication throughout the process really put me at ease. We loved the aerial completion photos & definitely will be calling on them again for future work with us. 10/10 Would Recommend!!

I am very pleased with the asphalt repairs, sealing and striping that Black Finish Sealcoat and striping performed on our multifamily property. They were quick but yet very detailed and my salesman Moe was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company!
