If I could give negative stars I would. Did a terrible install on recycled asphalt and strung me along for over a year saying they were going to fix it and never have. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

They keep sending spam faxes to me and won't stop even though I've called and replied to their online opt out form.

The first job was good. Fair price, good communication, and satisfactory quality. The second job I have not been able to get clear communication, not returning calls or text messages. I am not sure this company can be trusted. I will update this review if they follow through but right now no messages or calls are getting a response.

I called black rock asphalt to come and give me and estimate on my driveway and they sent somebody out the next day to look at my driveway. They took time to answer all the questions that I had and was very professional. I decided to go with the bid they submitted and was very pleased with the quality of the work that was performed and will use again on my next project.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO DISHONEST DOOR TO DOOR SOLICITATION! They will come to your door and tell you they have some left over of the good "thick" stuff from a job they did for a business in the neighborhood, and that they will give you a deal. They promised a slurry sealcoat and delivered a basic sealcoat that would normally cost less than half as much, thinking I was too stupid to tell the difference. They promised to fill all the cracks and that the shovel would no longer catch on them in the winter, but they didn't even come close to filling a single one. They didn't even bother to clean the driveway before applying the bait-and-switched product, so there are tar coated weeds still in almost all the cracks. The next morning when I came out, the coating was already cracking and peeling up nearly everywhere. 2 year warranty, Ha, what they did didn't even last 24 hours. I called them to come look at it and told Richard Pearce that I wasn't paying for his shoddy bait-and-switch work. Rich then threatened to put a lien on my house and very dishonestly said that I would have to pay him 30% a year in interest, which was just another among many lies. Fortunately I was able to stop payment to them in time. If you would like to see the quality of work they do, I literally have hundreds of pictures. It actually took that many to show what was done wrong. I had to categorize them in folders I had so many, i.e. "Plants in cracks", "Ant hills through sealcoat", "Unfilled Cracks"(Lots here as no cracks even came close to being filled), "Peeling", "Poor Patching"(Only 2 pictures here since they only even tried to patch 2 spots.) Check BBB for PaveRight Asphalt, these are the same guys, and they scammed a bunch of people under the PaveRight Asphalt name as well. If you do a Wisconsin Circuit Court Access search you will find lawsuits for shoddy jobs against Richard Pearce with this company name.(Hasn't paid any of the suits of c
