Blackwave Asphalt Management DBA Nickolas Lohr Nelson

This contractor is very reliable, accurate estimates and high quality results. I've witnessed the work done by them at several locations and can attest to the work ethic they possess. I would highly recommend them !

Great experience! Profession crew, personal and complete. They were on time, had all their equipment organized and the parking lot cleaned cleared and prepared. The lot was clearly measured, marked and painted. Regards: Steve Ritchie. Driveway and parking area. The Dalles Oregon.
