I'm the HOA president in the Foxmoor community in Mooresville, NC. A coldisack road was done, and a mess was carried out on to the main road within the community. The residents are very upset with the mess. I have tried contacting someone about the mess, but I haven't received a call back. I don't know how to get this fixed, but it looks awful.
