Excellent experience with Ismael's Construction! We had a collapsed driveway that needed repair, and their team did a fantastic job fixing it and adding a berm to help with drainage going forward. The work was solid, professional, and exactly what we needed. Special thanks to Zakk for helping set everything up on the sales side and making the process easy from the start, and to Pedro for managing the project and keeping everything running smoothly. Great communication throughout and a great end result. Highly recommend this team for any driveway or construction repair work!

Ismael's crew, of three, led by Jose, arrived on time at 8 a.m. this morning. I had retained them to patch holes in the asphalt alley in front of my garage. They measured and we chatted to agree on what a tech had scheduled. Crew had to use a saw to cut out the old asphalt, smooth a pad, and then add a base before laying the hot patch. All I needed to supply was water from a garden hose. the hot asphalt was tamped and smoothed and sprayed to cool. Liquid tar was applied at the seam. The crew also kindly added some asphalt to a couple of small holes outside of the main patch. The crew swept up and replaced my hose. This job exceeded my expectations, and I can recommend Ismael's without any reservation.

We hired Ismael’s Construction for civil and right-of-way improvements on a project in Bellevue, and the experience was excellent. Ismael’s replaced our driveway and front steps/ landing. Could not be happier with the quality of the work. Their communication from bid to job completion was outstanding. All that, and it was a very competitive bid. They aren’t the cheapest (you don’t want those guys), they are certainly the best value if you want quality, dependability, and a transparent transaction. These folks are pros and wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend them again.
