Bracken Asphalt Maintenance

Bracken Paving did a great job sealing my driveway. Pricing was reasonable. Dakota was so good to explain the process to me. Dakota and Mark worked hard and did a great job. Looks awesome.

My HOA hired Bracken to seal the roadway in our small neighborhood and my experience with this company and the owner was less than desirable. In July 2025, a spray nozzle allegedly malfunctioned, resulting in a fair amount of sealant being sprayed across my garage, brick, sidewalk, brick planter, and my neighbor’s gutter/downspout. The workers attempted to start to clean off the garage with water, resulting in the watered down sealant leaking underneath my garage door onto the concrete floor. They left after realizing that was not working. Once contacted, the company stated that someone would be out to look at the damage. Several days passed, leaving the sealant on the front of my home in 90+ degree heat. The remedy, after a representative of the company came by at some point, was an attempt to pressure wash the sidewalk with some result. The issue came when a crew-member used a sandblaster on a portion of my brick and on my concrete floor, removing the protective finish from both. There was also a large amount of sand left all over my garage and personal items with no effort to clean up. After repeated calls by my HOA and then by myself once I received permission to handle this situation from the board, I managed to get a meeting with the owner to review the damage and decide on a course of action…in October of 2025. Based off inspections I had done by knowledgeable professionals as to how to proceed, I informed the owner that replacement of the brick, my garage door, and restoration of the damage to my garage floor was necessary as there is no means to clean sealant off porous materials. The owner dismissed me as not knowing what I was talking about despite my working in the construction industry and having a general contractor assess the damage as well as a mason who has been in the business for 30+ years. After realizing our conversation was not going to get anywhere, I informed the owner that I would prefer to deal with his insurance agent directly in order

This past week my driveway was redone by Bracken. The job included ripping up the decades old crumbling asphalt in order to lay the new rock base/asphalt. I am beyond pleased with the end result. They communicated well with me in establishing a date for the project. They showed up when they said they would, and on time, which means everything in this day and age. The cost was the most reasonable price compared with the other estimates I got for the job. I highly recommend this company for your paving needs!!!

Bracken just finished sealing my driveway today and did an awesome job! It is a very long driveway but looks great! Both crew that came was very courteous and professional. I have used Bracken twice and never disappointed. I would recommend.

I have had major jobs completed by Bracken over the last 10-12 years. In the past, the crews were professional and the equipment they used was safe and functional, yielding excellent results. I have had them out twice this year, once for asphalt repairs and once for sealing. Both times the equipment broke down and had to be repaired at my place. The trucks are now in serious need of either major repairs or replacement. The machine that repairs cracked asphalt is dangerously in disrepair, and I would not allow it back on my property. The crews are good and doing the best with what they have to work with, but it is clear that little or no money is being invested in equipment repair and maintenance any more. It is not the company it used to be, but the prices are as high as they have always been.
