Brick Paver Group Inc

Tried to get some paver repairs and installation done. Unresponsive. Rude on phone. They call incessantly every day to get you to schedule. When you tell them you're evaluating they hang up on you. Owner won't speak with you. WOW, nice guy came to quote then turned rude when asked questions. What is going on there?? Cannot use or recommend someone so dicey and evasive.

Paid deposit in January. It’s now April and the work still hasn’t been scheduled after many calls and attempts. Someone is always in a meeting or I’m told I’ll get a call back. Now I’m attempting to get a refund of my deposit. Same issue, “You’ll get a call back tomorrow.” Hoping I don’t have to escalate to small claims court!

It was a pleasure working with the crew at Brick paver group. I had scheduled a Brick paver repair as some of my papers became sunken and needed to be re-leveled to make the area look new again and safe for pedestrians to walk on. I was very pleased with the work they did by being able to extract the existing pavers professionally level and cement them back into place. The crew arrived at my house, arrived on time and did a great job. They returned the second day to finish. It’s been three days And the Concrete has cured and I can drive and walk on everything. I will definitely use this company again. For anyone that needs to have paperwork done I recommend. They have the tools and they know how to take care of your problems.

I really wish that I could give this company zero stars cause at this point that’s what they deserve. They made an appointment with me for 10 AM this morning & never showed up when I called their offices they said that they did not have the appointment in their books. So I guess I’m crazy……I made it up! They then offered to send another technician over but a couple hours later and I agreed to that. As I sat and waited for him, he called me to tell me that they redirected him to go to a different job and once again just left me hanging. All I can say is I’m very happy I never hired them to do a job and gave them a deposit because I probably would’ve never seen them again. So unprofessional.

I had been wanting to do my driveway for over 5 years and was finally able to do so with the financing that Brick Paver Group provides using the Hearth program. Manuel came to my home and measured the driveway and Nathalie in the office was very attentive and was able work with my budget and offer my financing. The permit experience took a little long because of the county, but overall it was a great experience. I am really satisfied with the end result and how they were able to come back to do some minor repairs and adjustments I wanted. I would really recommend the company. They are very professional.
