Brothers Paving & Concrete

Brothers Paving & Concrete did an outstanding job repaving Waterview Cluster, Reston, VA during the first week of November 2025. Project manager Dylan, job foreman Beltor, as well as the entire team onsite for four full days worked seamlessly throughout the various milling and repaving phases. Cluster residents were particularly impressed by the team’s attention to detail and the quality of their work in navigating a challenging pavement layout across the Cluster’s nearly 30 acres. Special emphasis was devoted to flows across a number of storm water management areas, and the crew was meticulous in testing runoff via fire hoses attached to local fire hydrants to assure subtle swales were moving water as intended. Prior to the repaving work, the firm’s concrete crew replaced selected curbs and gutters, and the quality of this team’s work was also outstanding. PM Dylan and foreman Beltor were highly responsive to resident concerns throughout the project. Cluster board members have received numerous compliments regarding the quality of Brothers’ work. We would encourage other neighborhood associations to consider Brothers Paving & Concrete when the time comes to renew their asphalt pavement.

Let me just say how very happy I am with this company. Our HOA (Cardinal Forest) contracted Brothers to do our sidewalk replacement/repair and to pave our streets. Both crews (concrete and paving) were very professional, courteous, and ON TIME!!! They showed up bright and early every morning and worked diligently ALL day through the evening. Work was clean, prompt, and CORRECT! I wish all the contractors our HOA hired were like this company.

I've worked with Brother's Paving on a couple of projects now, and they’ve been absolutely great every time. They stand behind their work and deliver quality results. The team is professional, easy to work with, and truly reliable. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a paving company you can count on!

We hired Brothers paving to replace several sidewalks in our community, and also to grind many edges that were uneven, and dangerous. Concrete crew was amazing, they went walked the extra mile to do an excellent job! We are very happy work work done at our community. We did not have a single complaint from any homeowner Highly recommended!
