Bryer Boyz Paving

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of professionalism and follow-through I recently experienced with Bryers Paving. I requested a quotation for a rear-entry residential driveway. The representative who arrived for the site visit was significantly late. During our meeting, he noted that the project would be costly due to rising diesel and economic pressures. I was entirely understanding of these market conditions and remained open to alternative solutions. In fact, when he suggested a more cost-effective patchwork option, I requested pricing for both a full replacement and the partial repair to make an informed decision. I was explicitly told that I would receive both quotes within an hour. Ten days have passed, and despite multiple attempts to follow up via phone and text, I have received no response and no quotation. It is highly inefficient to advertise residential services only to selectively ignore potential clients. If a project does not meet your current scheduling or revenue thresholds, standard professional courtesy dictates communicating that clearly rather than ignoring repeated inquiries. I cannot recommend a company that demonstrates such a stark lack of reliability and customer service.

Bryers paving did a repair job and I am amazed at the quality of work. This project was cut up and they definitely were prepared for the challenge. They came in yesterday to prep the areas. They hit the site this morning and by 2:00 they were finished, cleaned the site, and were rolling out. Thank you Mr. Bryer for your professionalism and the men working for you. What a great job.

Paul and his crew have done an excellent job for us on multiple projects. We have used him on everything from chip seal to paving. Only paving company I would ever trust. I’ve had so many come by trying to sale “1/2 truck we had left from another job”. Paul and his crew are upfront and do great work. Don’t mess with anyone else just give them a shout and they will get you fixed up.
