I'm very pleased with the service and end project (driveway) from Buttitta Construction. It looks great!!! Working with contractors can be hit or miss and Anthony well surpassed my expectations.  He kept me in contact on timing, and once started, finished just as he said you would.  He's extremely detail oriented. All of that is rare and I very much appreciate that!  I definitely recommend!

We needed a new driveway,stoop, sidewalk and curb but had been putting it off for a few years. This year we decided to get it done. At the start I called about 4 contractors for estimates. Then I ran into an old friend who has experience in construction and asked if he knew anyone that did concrete work that he would recommend. He ended up giving me Anthony’s number. Anthony is the owner of Buttitta construction. So I called Anthony for an estimate also. Of the Four other estimates that we got and from talking to the contractors and asking various questions I was not impressed at all with their knowledge of the questions I asked, as well as their quotes were all over the place with as much as $8000 difference for the same Job. Anthony was the last estimate I got and when he came out to measure for the quote he answered every question I asked him without hesitation. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Once we got the quote which wasn’t the highest nor the lowest we had received, I immediately decided to go with Anthony. His quote was not only fair but his knowledge of his craft swayed us. Of course his many 5 star online ratings had a big impact on our choice as well. Of course we had to wait our turn to get our driveway done as Anthony already had jobs lined up before us, but I will say whenever I thought of another question or concern that popped into my head, Anthony was always super quick to return my call or text. Our new driveway is now about a month and a half old and we couldn’t be happier with it. It looks great. Anthony also gave us a care sheet that tells you what you can and can’t do for the first year your cement work is in to make sure it stays in great shape, and will last for many, many years. In the end I am extremely lucky I ran into my old friend and got Anthony’s phone number and his recommendation about Anthony and his company Buttitta construction!!!

I recently decided to start making updates to my home. I started with some updates that required I dig up my backyard and remove part of a patio and sidewalk last year. Fast forward to this year. I was looking to replace the sidewalk and patio that were torn up last year with new concrete. I contacted 5 contractors for this project over a period of 2.5 months. A few of them gave me the run around and none of them made me feel confident they could complete this project properly. Feeling frustrated I stopped calling contractors and was going to leave my yard the mess it was. Then I met Anthony from Buttitta Construction and everything changed. I met Anthony while he was replacing a neighbor’s driveway. From the start Anthony was very polite, informative and responsive. He came to my home within a few minutes of meeting, took measurements and provided me a quote in a timely fashion. Anthony was up front and honest from the start about his timeframe for completing this project and what services he could provide. My yard and existing patio were not at the same level and he was up front about me needing to have landscaping done once the patio is completed. His pricing was very competitive and considering the work he puts in it’s a great value. I changed my mind twice on the layout and scope of this project and each time Anthony came back out to measure and provided me with a new estimate. He was always punctual, polite and answered all of my questions. He is very busy but he never makes you feel like you are wasting his time. He will always answer your questions to make sure you’re comfortable with the work being done. We agreed on the project details and he came out again to hand deliver the contract for me to sign which he went over in detail and answered any other questions I had.
