Byard Construction, LLC

This company hit my mail box while paving my street and are refusing to speak to me or to fix it. The receptionist was rude. Their HR person refused to speak to me and only would take a message. The lack of respect for clients is really surprising and disappointing. Yall need to do better.

Taylor who answered the phone was super helpful.

Not a customer but a customer of an accident. They are working on the roads in plantation estates and accidentally hit and broke my mail box. Without anything on my part they went and bought a brand new one and replaced it within hours. Honestly if we hadn’t noticed it from earlier I would have never even noticed it was new. Kudos for being such and honest and upstanding company and people within the company. Thank you once again.

It is always a pleasure to see happy faces getting the job done, and putting in work.

I recently had an emergency where I needed a backhoe quickly. My horse that I have had for years passed away unexpectedly. I know businesses have work lined up for weeks in advance. I called many services and received the did you try "someone else" left many messages at other companies that never returned my call. Byrd took my call and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Many companies would use that situation to take advantage of a consumer by charging emergency fees and other charges. Byard was more than fair and in fact very, very generous with their time and equipment. I could not recommend them any more highly. They not only did the job their decisions were driven by a moral compass that shows great compassion and empathy. If I ever need any work done that they can complete they will get the job. A business that completes it's work with compassion and is not profit driven but more than fair and yes they were generous with their time and equipment. I can not recommend them more highly for the moral character of the company. Angela was my angel when i needed one and Byard came through for me in a way that would make Jesus proud. I am truly grateful to the fine men and women who work for Byard. Give them a try. A company with a moral compass!
