I want to thank the C and F crew for doing a good job. The company fixed the holes in the paring lot. The quality in workmanship was much better than the previous asphalt company we used several years ago.The previous company spread some tar over the holes filled them and compacted.The C and F crew cut a square around the each hole and removed the edges.This was not done the last time.After finishing the guys picked up all the debris and blew the surface clean.I will definitely refer C and F asphalt sealcoat to others.

I recently hired C and F Asphalt Sealcoat for a job and had the pleasure of working with Frank. I was immediately impressed with how quickly he sent me a proposal and how competitive he was with the pricing. He also took the time to answer several questions that I had. I’m a big believer of the saying when you’re on time, you’re late, when you’re early, you’re on time. Frank told me he would arrive at 7:30 am and he was there at 7:15 am. He did a great job prepping and I was very happy with the results. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for an honest and trustworthy contractor. Thanks again Frank!

I had this guy scheduled to come to my house and I spent the entire afternoon the day before cutting and edging the grass and making sure it was well gapped to help him out. I had blown all leaves and debris away in preparation for him coming out. I exchanged pleasantries with him when he showed up and asked one simple request, "could you please try not to get the asphalt coating on the few places concrete met asphalt". You would think I had slapped him in the face! He said , "I won't do your coating, I will not be able to please you"! He got so nasty that I told him, "well, that must be for the best since obviously you were going to just slop it down any old way". I would never let this guy on my property again NO MATTER WHAT!!!

We own a condo unit in Sunny Isles. Our Board hired them to repair and paint our parking lots . Company did a excellent job. Handed out flyers to all our residents with dates to move vehicles. Owner and crew showed up on time everyday and went straight to work. The Board and myself have received only compliments from our fellow residents. I highly recommend C and F .
