I called on October 6th after my neighbor recommended them to get a quote for sealant. They were going to go out and get a quote for me and call me. I didn’t hear anything for at least a week so started calling daily. Finally, about two weeks late they called while I was working . I have been calling and texting frequently, no contact. Super poor communication.
