Absolutely the worst service I have ever received, I was planning on building a retaining wall and a fire pit in my back yard , standard DIY project. After searching up prices and blocks that we liked we decided to go with Cabco Wetmore yard since it was the closest to me. Big mistake! The 2 women who work in the office are about the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Myself being in the retail business, the attitude these women had would not be tolerated and I would have fired them both a long time ago. After spending close to 800.00 on material, you would think a smile or some sense of customer service would be expected but not from these 2, the older white woman was rude, short and had an ability to talk to you like you are beneath her. Fine whatever, I got the fire pit and caps and the first part of my retaining wall as I wasn't sure exactly how many I would need so I took a shot in the dark and guessed, which led me to have to return to purchase the remaining block and caps....Except they didn't have the caps that I needed when I returned. I asked when theye would be in stock again. The older woman said when we get them... ok so any idea when, so I can return to purchase them she had no idea or clue. Fine I left without the caps. I'll find them somewhere else I guess. Maybe Im a glutton for punishment or maybe I was hoping for a better outcome when I returned to buy the back half of my retaining wall/ flower bed. Again I wasnt sure how many I needed until I put them together. Turns out I needed 10 more stock fence block in tan to complete the back half of the wall and the caps to go on top so again I return only to be accosted by the younger Hispanic woman's attitude ( guess shes learning well from the rude older white lady) I brought in the paper to show her what I recently purchased and to make the interaction easier. As I said im in retail not masonry and this is a DIY project. The younger women starts getting frustrated with me that I didn'

They had everything we needed. I was new to their yard for the materials, but they treated me fine. Most of the customers at Cabco are contractors so be ready to be treated like you know what is what.

Great Customer Service,Fast and easy to load product,got some gecko pavers and so happy to find them available in 5 colors.

I don't support high inflation, high gas prices, taxes going to billionaires, billions of dollars wasted on war, nor dictators. But if you do, by all means, waste your money here since they adverise support for that all on their walls.

Office gals are helpful, forklift guy with goatee in a bad mood today. Lots of block and variety of colors and shapes. Overstock items are available at low prices
