Best place in the north King or South Snohomish counties for aggregates!! Superior scale services provided by The Queen of Rock and most loads scooped up by the best loader operator I've ever seen!! Highly reccomend

This Gravel pit isn't easily identified from the road if you haven't been there before. You may be looking for a large Calportland sign, but you'll only see a sign that says Port of Seattle Terminal 103 "GLACIER" a CalPortland company. Check out the pictures. Also CB channel 4.

Bianca was very helpful and professional. She set up a delivery for 1-man rock, quickly and kindly, that others had curtly said was not available/possible. I don't know about the concrete side of the business but I appreciated talking to a knowledgeable and proactive knowledge worker for this order. Great job Bianca!

My husband and I run a small concrete pump company, so we have to communicate with concrete delivery companies on a daily basis. Most agents at Cal Portland dispatch are relatively pleasant ( I say relatively because they all sound somewhat unhappy/ robotic when you call them). Last week, I placed a routine call using their 800 number and waited about 10-15 minutes to be helped. Finally, a gentleman named Mike picked up my call and made it VERY clear that I was either inconveniencing him with my call or he was having a very bad day. People like Mike should not be placed in a customer service position, but would be better suited for a position where he didn't have to interact with the public at all. As such, I wouldn't want any of our customers to experience that kind of attitude during their call. Perhaps Mike doesn't understand the concept that everyone you talk to is a potential customer.
