Very disappointing experience. John, who I understand is the owner, handled the situation in an extremely unprofessional manner. Would not recommend this company

We have been trying to contact “MARTÍN” for over 5 months and he still hasn’t given us a response. I don’t understand why he says he has a guarantee if after getting the money he doesn’t answer people anymore. In the only conversation I had with him, he said he would come and fix it and he hasn’t done it! I have evidence of all the times I have tried to contact him. But look at the quality of work his company does.
