CAPA - Concrete Asphalt Pipe Aggregates

Horrible customer service. I have been waiting for a prepaid material al week. Every time i call, They keep telling me "donde one is going to call you back". No one has. I am waiting at the site for over 2 hours

For the past year I have called and spoken with the operator on how reckless and dangerous their drivers are! I have called as we live on a public non paved road but it is near a capa plant. The truck drivers have no sense of regard for those around them as they are flying down dirt roads with trailers full of more rocks.. not covered and speeding on opposite sides of the road. They told me to get truck numbers as that would pinpoint the trucks. I even told the operator it’s only capa trucks as well not even the third party truckers they have running loads for them… which baffles me to no end!! How are the borrowed employees better?? I have asked them to call me back and no one has reached out.. the problems continue to arise and escalate yet capa has no regards for the safety of others. Horrible company and management on all levels. I will be going to the news and more social media platforms and reviews until this is resolved!!

CAPA truck driver was dropping cement pebbles all over the road. This was at approximately 5:00 a.m. on 04/18/2023. Never have I been behind a truck with so much debris falling from it.

I placed an order in February when delivery came they gave me the wrong order they took the product back gave me a returned receipt never received a refund back , never got the right order been giving the run around the for the past 6 month with no resolution.

Today around 4:30 driving on the Expressway onenof them drivers from capa tank number 807 was tailgating me real close.. Thats putting him and other people on the road in danger called the office and complained. I Had no results they pass me to another number and no answer. Called the office again and no answer..
