Cardwell Construction and Paving LLC

I am so happy either way my new driveway. I got a total tear out and replacement. The guys that did the job were fabulous from start to finish. Great work ethic, beautiful job, they work well together and can have fun while working. Kayla in the office was also great. She answered any questions I had and made me feel like I mattered and was not just another job. I would definitely recommend Cardwell 💯!

BEWARE! Had my driveway paved by Cardwell Construction in August of 2025 and it came out beyond terrible! Driveway was never grated after it was torn out. House siding was damaged, door was broken, garage trim was all smashed in and dented. Concrete patio edge was smashed off, and they tried to fix it with asphalt. Fence was hit and broken as well. Seven months later and now driveway is heaving and lifting all over. Water is going into my basement as driveway was never tamped along the edges and is like a sponge absorbing all the snow melt. Crew left garbage from food all over my porch and yard. Driveway is now heaving and lifting all over resulting in my deck lifting and my side door not opening. Please do not trust this company with your driveway. Company did offer refund but would not pay for any of the damage done to my property at the time and current damage happening now due to the snow and ice melt absorbing into the driveway. Do not trust Mike.

It's been such a pleasure working with both Kayle and Mike at Cardwell Construction! Communication was excellent from my first inquiry for a quote to the finished driveway !! I'm very happy with the thickness and quality of material that they used and also the way they finished it off ! I highly recommend this company who truly cares about doing a good job and about the satisfaction of the customer. Thank you for my beautiful driveway!!

Excellent job by Cardwell Construction. Friendly skilled employee's who obviously know their jobs and do them well. Thank you for a great looking new driveway!

After searching on line for several months, we saw a commercial for Cardwell Construction and knew jnstantly that was the company to call. We had them tear our old current 40' blacktop driveway, and widen it by 3' to help accommodate our 35' 5th wheel camper. The communication with Kayle & Mike was excellent from the first email! They explained everything in detail, and were very courteous and professional. Their tear out guy was excellent and meticulous in his work. Once the paving happened, all the crew were friendly and great to deal with. The forman, John, was very informative and answered any questions we had. Owner Kayle was also on site, and it was great to interact with her in person. We recommended them to our neighbor, and Cardwell was able to get their driveway started the day they did ours. We love the new driveway, and would recommend them to anyone! Call them!!
