Charbon Contracting, LLC

I'm extremely disappointed with how the milled road (412 in TN) came out. Not only did Charbon employees NOT clean the road way after milling, the employees in the office were very rude to me when I called about damage done to my vehicle. Most people work very hard for their vehicle and try to take good care of it. It's very frustrating when companies that are performing road work leave a mess so other people's vehicles get pelted with road millings. Charbon claims they sweep the road and have a vac truck, and they may, but their employees are not using it. My car has $6k worth of damage to the paint and I know a bunch of other people have damage to their vehicles as well. Charbon won't pay for the repairs and their insurance company won't either because "we have to stand by what our customer is saying and they have signs placed". The road has been milled since the beginning of September is still isn't paved.

Absolutely peppered one of our trucks on 412 from their lack of cleanup effort. We’re perplexed why there’s an out of state contractor performing work for the state of Tennessee as well.

Still waiting on that $6,000 you owe my wife and I for damages done to our car from the lack of cleanup effort by your employees. If we have to seek out an attorney to do so we will. We’ll also make sure that anyone and everyone is aware of your shady tactics. Zero accountability at this company, only makes you wonder where else they cut corners to save money.
