Chase Design and Remodeling

I had two projects done by Chase Remodeling. They are both great! They were professional, clean, and knowledgeable. They created plans in advance so that there were no surprises. Excellent company to work with.

We had Chase Remodeling replace our siding and install OKNA windows last fall and honestly the house doesn't even look like the same place. The windows especially have made a noticeable difference in noise and drafts. The crew was clean, worked efficiently, and left the property in good shape every day. The whole process was well organized — we knew what to expect and when. Really happy we went with them.

I have signed a contract with Chase Remodeling for a total remodel of my kitchen and main floor. The materials have been ordered but the construction hasn’t begun. In preparation for the new kitchen, I ordered new appliances, including a new, very large refrigerator. The delivery arrived and the delivery men could not fit it through any of my doors. They told me they had 25 other deliveries and left. In a panic, I called Bob Chase and asked if he had any advice about how I could get it into the house. Without hesitation, he offered to send a couple of his guys over to help get the new refrigerator into the house. He assured me, “one way or another, we’ll get it in there.” His guys arrived and worked for hours until the new refrigerator was safely in the kitchen. They were patient, kind, and worked hard to ensure there wasn’t any damage to the house or the refrigerator. I can’t thank them enough. Chase Remodeling truly goes above and beyond for their customers! Bob and his team are fantastic!! Update: The remodel is now complete and we are thrilled with the results! Chase Remodeling was so easy to work with. From planning and design through project completion, they were super responsive and accommodated my many changes with patience and understanding. We were blown away with the results. As you can see in the pictures, our kitchen, that used to be a 1960 galley kitchen is now my dream kitchen! The way they left the job site clean and safe at the end of each workday was amazing. Chase’s crew really cares about their work and wants the customer to be happy. Their craftsmanship was top notch, the project was completed on time and short of some unexpected issues that were not part of the scope, the project stayed on budget. Our house looks amazing and my new walk in pantry with built in coffee bar is the envy of the neighborhood! I would highly recommend Chase Remodeling and we will not hesitate to use them again for future projects!! Thanks, Chase!!

I cannot say enough good things about Chase remodeling. My parents have been in their home for 33 years. (It is the house I grew up in - my siblings and I cherish it.) They decided it was time for some much needed updates - beginning with the upstairs, main bathroom. Together we vetted remodeling companies.. The entire experience from beginning to end was top notch - from the initial visit by Derek Chase and in person check-ins from project manager Dave Kugler - - to the actual remodel - - my parents could not be more pleased with the results. Our new bathroom is absolutely stunning! The team was professional, punctual, skilled, friendly and mindful of our needs. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding. Communication throughout the process was excellent, ensuring everything was completed to the satisfaction of my parents. They are now working with them to begin our kitchen remodel! I highly recommend their services - in addition to bathroom remodels - they have a plethora of expertise.

We had our basement bathroom remodeled by Bob Chase and his crew. Everyone was very professional and did a wonderful job. The tile work is excellent! Everyone that came to the house really helped to make our old bathroom look amazing, each person specializing in a specific job. Both my husband and myself are extremely happy with the transformation. We really love our new bathroom. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make it perfect.
