Chippewa Asphalt Paving

We are very pleased with our new driveway! The quality of their work and the professionalism of the crew was outstanding. They went out of their way to protect existing plantings around the driveway and to insure proper drainage on the new surface. A year later trying to get a follow-up seal coat that was recommended eas virtually impossible. Rrsched out numerous times by phone and when I finally reached someone I received a verbal price quote and I asked to be "put on their list". Over a month later, have not heard from them and have not received a response from numerous phone messages. Seemed no one was ever there when I called. Bottom line, they do good work when and if you can arrange it but extremely poor communication and follow up. I wou not recommend them

Ron has done a ton of work for me when I was at Presbyterian Villages of Michigan. I would not go with anyone else as he will get the job done and done right. A GREAT COMPANY!!

I have found Chippewa Asphalt to be a very professional high quality company. I know I can send them referrals for driveways or parking lots and not think twice that they will take care of the person or company I send there way. Highly recommend!

Would give these guys zero stars if it were an option. We have called them numerous times for the last three years to fix their work, they cut corners because they were behind schedule. They left a brand new driveway that had standing water on it the week after they left. Part of the reason is they cut corners. Are contract stated they would bring in limestone and because they were behind schedule they never did. Then paved holes over our driveway which have been holding water ever since. Due to our hassels we were promised last June that they would come back out and fix their work and provide a free seal coating which still has not happened. We have been chasing them with phone calls since last June with no response. They are to busy with bigger commercial projects and dont care about the average home owner. Do yourself a favor and choose yourself a company that is responsive and stands behind their work. Just try and give em a call, you will def not get an answer, especially after you pay them.

Super responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable! This is what I have to say about the work performed by Chippewa Asphalt.  My husband and I are very impressed with this company. Ron, Lori, and Angie were extremely professional and courteous. Work was performed very quickly and their crew cleaned up in the areas they worked. Prices are reasonable and the service is top-notch. I would highly recommend this company. I had to attach photos so everyone could see the great job they did. - Denise and Gary Corlew
