Choctaw Paving

Honest, professional, communicative, and delivered great work at a reasonable price. Happy to recommend Ty and the whole team.

2025.07.24 about a month ago on 2025.06.23 Advance Paving began installing an asphalt driveway as an upgrade for a mix of gravel asphalt and dirt that was being used as a driveway on our property. The upgrade itself has been a welcomed improvement to the property. Ty and his team of installers were professional and respectful to residents while working, and their communication with me was very good. There was a slight issue with getting asphalt which bumped the project completion time from 2 days to 4 but Ty worked hard to get the issue resolved quickly and kept me informed of progress. I don't really know much about asphalt but after a month the asphalt seems somewhat "rough" and "loose" or porous as in there are some places where grass is able to grow into and out from the asphalt. Compared to some asphalt I've seen this seems unusual but that could just be my perception or maybe had something to do with the delay it's still much better than the previous driveway. Normally I would deduct a star for these kinds of issues but the team was so respectful of the property and also went above and beyond by ensuring the surrounding area was clean and tidy and even trimmed some low branches for the asphalt truck to access without issues. They moved fill dirt to the area specified, followed detailed instructions perfectly, and addressed my concerns. This combined with their courtesy and communication, even checking back in on how the driveway is holding up after a few weeks earns back the star in my opinion. This is a high quality team of installers and a reputable business. I am glad that they were able to install our driveway and I will call on them again with my next project.
