We never leave negative reviews for businesses, but we would strongly advise against working with this company. We hired Citi Pavers to install pavers and a fence in our yard in early May. They completed the paver portion of the project, but still owe us a $5,000 refund for the fence, which was not installed. After the paver installation, we learned from Citi Pavers that there would be challenges installing the fence due to a tree/roots along the property line. JR from Citi Pavers was initially accommodating and told us that we could cancel the fence portion of the project and we would be refunded the nearly $5,000 dollars for the fence within 10-14 days. It has been over a month since we were supposed to receive a refund and Citi Pavers has not responded to our frequent requests for updates in 15 days. We gave this company ample time to respond to our outreach via text and email before resorting to a negative review. Hopefully this will get us a response and the refund we are owed …

Highly recommend this paver company! They did an amazing job on my new driveway. The crew was professional, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. The pavers look fantastic and really enhance my home's curb appeal. I’m grateful and so so impressed. Not usually the one to leave reviews but they deserve a shout out!
