Clear Grade Contracting

Great company to do business with. Very satisfied with the asphalt driveway. You couldn't meet anyone as nice hard work and best communication ever from Scott and his crew.I highly recommend Clear Grade Contracting for all your needs. Especially new asphalt

Clear Grade Contracting has been amazing to work with on all counts. Scott goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful customer experience. Communication was great throughout the project, scheduling was easy and fast, and the crew not only completed the work faster than expected, they went out of their way to do even more work than was originally discussed. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, and Scott is always willing to work with you on the budget and scope to make sure that you're happy with the final product. I will be using their services again and highly recommend them for your next residential project.

We had a spectacular experience with CGC! Scott inspected our property and worked up a grading and driveway plan that blew us away. His team was fantastic, very friendly, and answered our 100 questions throughout the project. Walter, Carlos, and Martin were very focused on every detail of the job from start to finish. Their communication was top notch from first meeting to completed project. I even received an after hours call from Scott just to make sure we were 100% happy with the job. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We recently had Clear Grade complete a partial lake dredging and grading project behind our house and would definitely recommend them over and over!! Scott and his team worked very hard and put in incredibly long hours on a project that ended up being way move involved than we originally thought. The lake behind our house was in desperate need of dredging, however once the work began we quickly realized the plan we originally discussed would not be possible due to the condition of the lake and ground. However, Scott brought in additional equipment and his team worked incredibly hard to make sure that the end result was the best outcome possible. Despite all the changes and issues we encountered, Scott stayed true to the quote that he provided and was very transparent and responsive the entire time. He even did us a huge favor AFTER their portion was completed and came back to pull a bobcat out of the mud that belonged to the team installing sod. I would 100% use Clear Grade again for any similar projects and have recommended them to our HOA for future paving needs in our neighborhood. We are very happy with the final results of their hard work and feel that they did a great job with a not-so-great (aka very muddy and kind of terrible) project! 5++ stars to the team at Clear Grade for tackling our project with professionalism, great communication, and amazing attention to detail!!

I called Clear Grade Contracting to have some land clearing and mulching done on my property. I appreciated that fact that Scott answered his phone when I called, as so many others I had called I had to leave messages and never received a call back. We scheduled a time for him to come out and look at our property and he provided us a fair quote. Scott and team arrived early the day we had scheduled the work to be done. They worked hard, were very personable and professional, explaining what they were doing and keep us updated on status. Our property looks fantastic, I would highly recommend Clear Grade Contracting and will plan to use them again on our next project.
