Coastal Asphalt, Georgetown Asphalt Plant

Damaged a car in my driveway while seal coating my neighborhood. Refused to speak to me over the phone, did not come and look at the damage in person and denied my claim. Will scream from the rooftops about their horrendous, unprofessional customer service and lack of responsibility.

CA just completed the half-mile loop within our development in Murrells Inlet which included two cul-de-sacs. Job was completed on-time and to our satisfaction. The crew was very professional and communicated well with our team!

Coastal asphalt company truck pulling an excavator dropped rocky debris on the roadway which struck my car damaging my paint down to the bare metal in several spots. I tried to reach out to the owner of the company via the employee page on their website and Mary from HR responded to me days later. At her request I obtaining a road incident report, 2 different paint quotes, paid to have all of these documents notarized and paid to mail all of this information via certified mail. Mary responded to the information I mailed after 5 days and declined to repair the damage her company caused. I jumped through every hoop requested and tried every avenue to resolve this and not have to leave a bad review for a local company. Coastal Asphalt owner and staff simply don’t care about doing the right thing and will damage your personal property.

We did some work with them an they came on the weekend to open up just so we could park our truck at theyre yard.they also are a very reliable crew

First class operation!
