Coblentz Construction & Concrete LLC

Steve Coblentz and his construction team successfully Installed an 14x18 ft Gravel Pad for my new 12x16 ft Tuffshed storage shed. The Job included removing an existing 10x20 ft slab of concrete and digging up and removing the nessesary roots of the Oak tree that had infiltrated the work area. They did an excellent job. They used the highest quality materials and completed the project with in 4 and 1/2 hours. My wife and I were quite pleased with the quality of the work. I highly recommend Coblentz Construction & Concrete to anyone seeking residential or commercial services. - Mr. & Mrs Turnage Smithfield VA

Very professional and reliable company. They gave me a estimate time when work would start they where there, On time with all equipment ready to go. The project came out outstanding I have locked them in my phone for future projects. If you are in Kiln Creek they already know the rules. I saw the work the had done for my neighbor and did the same great work for me. 100% good company.

Steve and his son ARE 100%, WITHOUT A DOUBT, ALLSTARS!!!!! Can definitely tell right off the bat this man is down to earth, humble and he and his Son take pride in their Craft! Coblentz Construction & Concrete LLC did an outstanding job for us. We had a problem with water collecting along the exterior wall of our home, and they were able to fix the issue the right way while also extending our driveway. The finished work looks great and gave us peace of mind knowing the drainage problem was handled properly. They were dependable, easy to communicate with, and worked incredibly hard the entire time. Steve impressed me the most with his honesty and fairness, no upselling, no shortcuts, just quality workmanship at a very reasonable price. If there was any ideas I had about how I wanted the project to go, Steve would give his candid opinion or even offer other solutions. It’s rare to find a family-run company that takes this much pride in their work. Highly recommend Steve and his son to anyone looking for professional concrete and construction services. Thank you again!!!

I'm not normally impressed by first time impressions of a company. But Coblentz construction moved with precision and accuracy from preparation to completion. The care they demonstrated in working on my property was excellent. Steve and his son worked like a finely tune machine was just an added blessing for me to observe and admire. I would gladly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. And I don't give out recommendations very often to anyone. Hands down, this company does top-notch work. And they really do leave your property as clean or better than they found it. The professionalism, and customer service is bar-none. Thank you again Coblentz construction for a job well done.

Steve coblentz and his team removed my old damaged dconcrete driveway and poured my new driveway in two days while needing to fit into a schedule of shortened days due to the elementary school across the narrow road from the house. This limited his time to between 10:00am and 3:00pm so as to let studentas and busses access to the school property. He also corrected an error by a previous contractor that installed the garage floor, which let rain water blow in under the garage door and fixed a crack in the garage floor. His crew was friendly and efficient. I would recommend Coblentz Construction and Cocrete LLc for concrete work.
