Cofield Asphalt Refinishing

Asphalt sealer peeled off within 3 months ,they would not honor warranty !!

We had a long asphalt drive and parking area at a warehouse property that had several areas of significant distress/sinking and was otherwise in need of overall repair and maintenance. I am located out of state and made numerous phone calls to a large number of asphalt contractors and had a lot of difficulty even getting a call back. Once I called Cofield Asphalt, they were extremely busy with their active projects, but they promptly returned my call and got out to the property quickly to evaluate the project and get me a proposal. At the end of the day we were able to shore up the areas that were sinking with new sub-base and improved drainage, and then resurface the overall driveway. Cofield then returned to seal coat the project when it was cured and sent me numerous photos along the entire way. The result was better than I could have hoped for, with the best part being that I didn’t have a single complaint from our tenants about any disruptions while all the work was going on. I would highly recommend Cofield and will call on them again when we need further work.

Cofield Asphalt sealed and stripped our parking lot here at Sterling Pointe. I was very pleased with the outcome. They were patient, professional, and they ALL had great personalities.
