Commerce City Public Works

CAW did a complicated project in our small HOA. Throughout the project, every home owner still had access to the community and their home and the work was done professionally. Workers were considerate and flexible. They ended up needing an extra day to complete the project beyond what they quoted due to some jobs they had to complete before they started ours. In the end everything looked great!

My insurance company required us to reseal our asphalt parking lot which would have been a short term solution, but after discussing options with John Johnson we decided on a more complete and long term approach which included 5 infrared patch's. When those were completed I decided to do patch additional areas which John coordinated to get done in a timely manner. John was responsive, and helpful throughout the process and kept the price at quoted amount despite my changes.
