Terrible service, had the nerve to tow residents car after only providing a 3 day notice to all tenants prior to repair day. Which the law says has to be a 14 day notice.Charged each tenant that was towed $180. They used the apartment complex service request as an opportunity to gravly over charge the residents to remove the boot from their vehicle within 6 hours or they would receive more charges. Disgusting how they harassed these people for a quick get rich scheme. To stop company's like these from ruining the working class we need to stay informed and hold them accountable. If this happened to you serve your apartment complex with a 7 day notice for their lack of communication and proper notice.

I am a resident of the Via Tijeras Communities Apartments and Sunland Asphalt has been hired to repave our parking lot. I have to say that the difference between the old and the new parking areas is night and day. The handicapped ramps are incredible and the striping and lettering are absolutely on point. Thank you Sunland for a beautiful new parking lot, and thank you to the apartment management for caring for the residents enough to make this happen.

We scheduled Sunland to do repaving work weeks ahead of time and we went to a lot of trouble over those weeks to make sure our parking lot was empty for them on the scheduled day. But then they didn't show up. No notice, no communication, nada.
