Conway Asphalt is a great company to work with! We recently used them on a large commercial retail asset. Scope of work included 2" mill with an overlay, followed by striping, including stenciling of handicap stalls and marking of fire lanes. The crews started in the early morning hours to avoid disruption to our retail Tenants and guests/customers. They provided traffic control (for sections of lots that were temporary closed off for this work) and also had a Project Manager on site to assist with any issues or questions from our Tenants. The Project Manager also kept us well informed of any delays due to weather or delivery of material. Their pricing was competitive and they were able to work within our budgeted numbers for this project. We've also used them at other commercial assets for crack-fill, seal coat and striping. They are also prompt to our requests for replacement of damaged stop signs. I highly recommend Conway Asphalt for all paving and concrete work!
