CQ Asphalt & Gravel

Contacted CQ Asphalt & Gravel to get some road base delivered. Received a text asking what wanted. Responded multiple times with no reply. Terrible customer service, not even a little common curtousey, no professionalism or simple consideration shown. Not what anyone would expect from a reputable business.

Chip seal is what was done to my driveway. Paid $4,500 for it. Voice my concerns with the person I paid after the job was completed. So no problems yet as he said they would return to fix my concerns. Here is the problem. They never returned after asking when they would. Then no response. The problem really started when the driveway didn’t last a year. Actually didn’t last 6 months. They also left chip in my culvert clogging the drain. He said they would come back and pick that up too and never did. They suck!! The person I talked to said it should last at least 10 years!!

Easiest thing we had done. Talked to Tanner Neal, got a quote, flexed on the schedule for both of us. Job completed quickly, came back for touch up. Done deal. We didn’t over the phone. Will shake his hand the next time in town.

Amazing job they won’t be on the call of duty worked really hard. I’ve had other people come out and do it before they didn’t even compared to the job that was done here wonderful group of people, hard-working responsible, very affordable price for the quality. I thanked them many times. I had some huge cracks in the asphalt. They took care of them with a rubberized crack filler. If you’re looking for somebody to work on your Asphalt or your gravel, these are definitely the people to do it you won’t be sorry

Responded fast and came out to understand the project and do a job walk, provided several options, came in under budget, completed on time. An then of course there’s the fact that Jeff and Tanner are just great people... My driveway is no longer a bucking bronc ride - Thank you!
