Craftsman Concrete Cutting

My experience started off well, but unfortunately it ended very poorly. One of this company’s trucks broke my car’s windshield. At first, they were polite, accepted responsibility, and assured me they would take care of the repair. After that, everything changed. They stopped taking my calls and completely stopped communicating with me. Carl made promises that were never kept, and I feel like I was misled throughout the process. I gave them every opportunity to make this right before leaving this review. I simply wanted them to honor what they said they would do. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with a company that makes promises and then ignores its customers when it’s time to follow through.

The number listed isnt for dispatch but a direct line to an owner I believe, he was so kind and quick to help. I called for a last minute concrete coring service at a hospital close by. They were able to get us scheduled and taken care of quickly and efficiently. Compared to every other place I have called today this company is operated by saints! I was helped by Carl, so if you'd like to show your brother this review please let him know I am so thankful!

Did us a solid. Stood by their word. Highly recommend.
