Called Crossroads after reviewing their website and seeing the quality of work they do. Looks like they do great work although when you advertise FREE ESTIMATES on your website you should probably stand behind your word. I didn't want to be charged $100 at the risk of getting them out here for an estimate not knowing the expense of the project. I was told they've made many changes to their services and still advertise otherwise. I understand businesses are having to adjust to the times we are all going through but honor your word and take down what you no longer offer as a service.
