One of the flag men today in Millington had me stopped with his stop sign and then started walking with his back to me towards the crews touching up the private drives. As he was doing this he was waving me forward. I stayed stopped but then he enthusiastically waved me forward. His sign was alternating between stop and slow as we proceeded forward and he suddenly stopped and before I could completely stop he started screaming at me with extreme profanity! I am the trustee in charge of streets in neighboring Newark and I don’t want this employee screaming like this in our town!! He could have told me his plan as we moved forward but screamed violently about 3 times!
