Pat was right on time, very friendly, exceedingly helpful in educating me in successful spot cleaning for future accidents. He was super nice to our animal children and was very thoughtful with the front and back doors to not let them escape. My carpets went from a visible bio hazard to almost like new! I would definitely utilize Dalworth again and will for sure request Pat to be our service technician.

We had 5 rooms cleaned. Marcus was very helpful in moving furniture, but was also nice, polite, professional, focused, and explained everything he was doing. We are very pleased with the outcome of the carpet cleaning overall. The carpet looks great!

We scheduled a professional carpet cleaning before hosting family from out of town, and this company exceeded expectations from start to finish. The technician explained the cleaning process clearly and worked carefully around furniture and high-traffic areas throughout the house. Compared to rental carpet cleaners we’ve used ourselves in the past, the professional equipment removed stains and odors much more effectively. The carpets looked noticeably brighter afterward and dried faster than we expected as well. Overall, the entire house felt cleaner and fresher once the service was completed, and we’ll definitely use this company again for future cleanings.

I hired Dalworth Clean to refresh my floors and fix some discoloration in small areas and was quoted $700. When the technician arrived, he added another $300 just to apply paint to the spots I had already mentioned. He made several calls to his boss and made it seem like this was a huge, all-day process that required rescheduling his appointments. In reality, he finished in about 3 hours. I agreed to the additional charges because I assumed professional-level work and preparation would take time to be done. Instead, the result was very disappointing. The paint color does not match with the floor, and the work looks unprofessional and sloppy. Honestly, the floor looks worse now than before, in fact left dirt and damages as showing in the pictures. I could have bought a $10 paint pen from Home Depot and done a better job myself. When I asked to review the work before paying, he made an unprofessional comment suggesting I didn’t trust people, which was inappropriate and uncomfortable. Please be careful if you hire this company. Make sure you agree on the full price upfront and do not accept additional charges unless you clearly understand and approve the exact result. Ask to see examples of their work and have them explain their process in detail. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using their services.

We had our carpets and an area rug cleaned today. From scheduling to the service it has been a breeze and delight to work with this Dalworth team. Richard Hearn was our tech onsite and the level of customer service he provided was top-notch! He was super friendly and informative plus really great at his job! We will definitely be a return customer and refer him to any and everyone! Thank you for making our carpets look new again and for being so great to work with! If I could 10 stars I would!
