They came right away and pumped out my septic tank and their rates were very reasonable. Much cheaper than the quotes I received from other people. I would definitely recommend them, and I would call them again if needed.

I had pretty much a desperate need for help. Washing machine backed up in my tubs and shower...couldn't flush. Before I called Dekalb Septic and Sewer I called another often used company in my area but they were less than enthusiastic about coming to help. One of my biggest issues was not knowing the exact location of my septic tank...general location but not specific. Mr Clem sent out two gentleman who found my septic tank in about 10 mins and had the lid uncovered and off in another 10. They cleaned out my septic tank, went the extra mile to cut off the extra pipe draining down AND sucked out a clog that was in the line going from the tank to the house. Covered the lid back up and it only cost me $275. Highly recommend this company!!!

They were amazing!!! I would use them again!!!! They were the cheapest around and are proessional. We had our septic tank giving us problems So we had to get it pumped. Other places quoted 350 or 375 but it was 200 Thank you guys SO much!!!!
