Worst company to rely on for the city, not picking up trash or recyclable items that fall out of the containers, knowing it’s their job to clean that type of stuff up, but they choose to leave things that fall out of the containers on the floor to the point where it is now considered littering on the public street. I swear this whole town isn’t reliable at all. Also call #311 and they said they don’t nothing about it nor would the supervisor assist in this type of situation like yall got me messed up!!!

Hello !!! There are Deep potholes on Wilbraham Rd & Roosevelt Ave , → Parker St near Planet Fitness , Sumner Allen near the plaza by Burlington and Bradley Road & Plumtree Road ! These deep potholes are causing flat tires, accidents, and drivers stopping on busy streets to fix their tires. Police are being called. This is a serious safety hazard and needs immediate repair!

Snow clean up is lacking attention this year. Main roads are icy and side streets are horrible. No sand down on the roads just saw 2 car accidents in the span of 5 minutes in front of a springfield public school directly caused by icy roads and kids slipping in the crosswalk on a main road. Idk if there is a shortage in workers or something but it has not even snowed that bad this year for the clean up to be this sloppy... please do better

By far the worst at plowing side streets I have ever witnessed. I’m a delivery driver and have driven all over the northeast and Springfield side streets are the worst plowed streets i have ever driven on. You should be ashamed of yourself. And you will make the excuse not enough people, then pay the people extra to do it that want to!! It’s ridiculous how bad some of these streets are! Especially the neighborhoods near Pope Francis, it’s a school all the roads surrounding it should be perfect! I drove down Roosevelt today and there’s a huge barrier of snow in the middle of the road!? Are you serious? Springfield is a joke when it comes to cleaning up snow!

There's not much accountability out of this city department "We" as taxpayers pay for. Would be nice if they needed to be voted in. They might just have a bit more respect for those who pay their wages. The lack of response to calls and messages Is really disregarding. Seems the 311 call center was put in place as a buffer so you can't contact the people in charge. There was a time when the needs of the residents of the City of Springfield were met on a more personable level. Now, the majority of our service providers are just Nasty. They lack the respect that was once mandated. Not sure who let that happen 🤔.. But it's been a little over a decade now that I've watched the city decline. Look around, we have to leave Springfield to shop and eat because there aren't many places left around here to go. It's very sad.
