DNE Asphalt Services Inc.

DNE Asphalt service was contracted by my neighbor to pave my pristine waterfront vacant lot in cocoa beach Eddie went ahead and paved it without getting authorization of the owner, me, . Eddie also did not get a permit or build it to code. I now have a municipal lien on my property and potential EPA and DEP violations on my property and facing 250$ per day fine. Did Eddie fix it or even apologize? No, he ran away, he avoids me. I’m disgusted at the lack of integrity this company doesn’t have. When you screw up make it right. I even had a competitor come out and he said the job is a mess, holds water. I do not recommend this company, if and when they screw up, they don’t make it right. Find a company that cares about their reputation after the job is done and they screw up! Thats not how a former military should operate his business.

DnE did our repaving and seal coating at our Manatee Sanctuary Park. Eddie and DeAnna were absolutely on top of things from beginning to end. They were very responsive and accommodating to our schedule and plans. I highly recommend this company for your paving needs. We could not be happier with the results of this project. Thank you for bringing our vision to reality!

As a facilities manager for a not for profit I run into all sorts of contractors. Some you have a good feeling about right away and others not so much. DNE Asphalt Services were one of the best I have dealt with in a long time. Very responsive, on time and respectful. They worked around our schedule to complete the project in one weekend and it looks great.

DNE Asphalt Services (Edward Richman) did an EXCELLENT seal coating to my commercial parking lot. This company provides PROFESSIONAL results and communicates better than any company I have contracted with. On time and great quality service, I would recommend this company to any of my family or friends. DNE is AWESOME, Thank you Patrick ORourke

We used DNE for a big project at Lake City Mall. From the very beginning they were incredibly responsive, provided all the details, specs, and information I asked for in a prompt and professional manner. They worked tirelessly and were dedicated to getting the work done by our deadline. I couldn't say enough positive things about Eddie and DNE. Highly recommended and we look forward to working with them again in the future!
