Trust me, DO NOT hire this company. We did and we regret it- the worst experience we've EVER had with a contractor of any kind. They subcontract out- they don't actually have the equipment or people to do the work in Minnesota. The salesman (Erik) is rude, abrasive, and admits that he doesn't actually measure the driveways. He ghosted the subcontractors leading to a threat to file a lien against our house. Scary stuff.

I've worked with Erik Goettl who is a Sales Representative at Dr Asphalt on several projects. Not only have we gotten great results with sealcoating and asphalt replacement. We own multiple multifamily properties in Rochester, MN and decided to use Dr. Asphalt for the work at four of them all at once. The work included several repairs, crack-fill, seal coating, and striping of the entire lot at each site. Despite the difficulties in scheduling due to inclement weather, the staff at Dr. Asphalt was very communicative and was willing to work around our needs by coordinating with each of the properties. Overall we had a good experience with this branch and would highly recommend!
