I’m betting this will not be posted! I’ll never buy from this company again! Made a deal on a car which required three keys. They agreed so we paid cash, the car had been damaged by someone trying to break in, they had the damage repaired and delivered the car a few days later and left the spare keys in the car. When we looked at the keys one was old and damaged! I called and was told they would call back! They never did so I called the main office and was told they would call back. 24 hours later still had not called. One of the keys was not working. The we were out of state they said the office in Columbus, Georgia would call me. They never did! I had to bring my wife to Doctor so I called set up a time to come to their Pelham office. The key non working key was fixed and they said they would not replace with a new one. They said I was told I would get three keys and I had three, it didn’t matter that one was damaged, old that was all I was promised! So if you buy from THEM GET Everything IN WRITING!! THEY PLAY ON WORDS SO ITS NOT LIES!

Charlie was so helpful in our recent shopping experience. He listened to our needs and wants. We drove a lot of different cars that were on the 280 lot. Not finding just the right car, Charlie brought over another vehicle from the Pelham store. That's the one we eventually bought. Michael and David were also great team members. Michael told us to take the car overnight and see if we liked it. David helped us find a good rate too. Overall, it was a great experience and we are happy with our purchase as well as the process.

As far as purchasing an automobile, this was the most pleasant experience I've had in my years of buying and selling cars. My wife and I purchased two (2) cars from the Hwy. 280 location and traded in one (1) car. The trade in process was fantastic, as we received a very fair offer on the trade-in, more than I anticipated before we arrived. Our salesman was Charlie Covington and I would highly recommend him to everyone. The sales manager, Blake Lynn, was also phenomenal. The customer service and ease in dealing with the purchase of two (2) vehicles could not have been any better. Moving forward, Driver's Way is my new dealership of choice!!

My experience with Charlie was exceptional! Not only did I get the suv I wanted, but he gave me the best warranty possible with an amazing price!! The process didn’t feel overbearing nor forceful, and he made sure I was comfortable with every decision! All of my questions were answered and they did not sneak in any additional fees like most dealerships try to do. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car come here!!! 5 stars!!!
