DUKE WYNNE CONSTRUCTION, LLC

We used Duke Wynne Construction for a flip project in Chiloquin and had a great experience. They were responsive, gave clear updates throughout the project, and made helpful recommendations on which repairs and improvements would matter most to buyers. The work turned out great and they were easy to work with from start to finish. Definitely recommend.

We are very happy with the outcome of our snow load/roof damage repairs! Duke came right out after an initial phone discussion to meet us and go over the job and he didn't let 75 miles of distance become a problem, where others weren't interested given the distance. This is a rural property east of Klamath Falls and it requires a long daily commute. He got right to work with photos and interfaced with the Insurance company to ensure they were provided the necessary information to process the claim and get funds flowing. He is familiar with insurance companies requirements during quoting, and it went quickly and smoothly. Duke handled all necessary permitting with the county. Additionally, he has relationships with a local engineering firm, material suppliers, as well as subs needed to execute all facets of the build. Duke was communicative throughout and clear about exactly what was going to be done, and was upfront about any changes/surprises found once the crew started the tear out and saw exactly what we were dealing with. Any delays were communicated transparently. He was thoughtful about quality and made certain we were happy with the results, even when it may have added some extra scheduling and trips. Duke is a gentleman, well spoken, conscientious and was a pleasure to work with on the project. Danielle is on the ball in the office, and always ensures rapid responses to inquiries and accurate billing/invoicing. Thank you for taking our job!

Duke Wynne construction recently replaced a few windows as we getting ready to sell the house. The pricing was fair, communication was outstanding and they were extremely reliable and professional. Very happy with service and outcome.

Another job well done! My old flooring has been replaced with vinyl plank, including new baseboards. Duke's employees are prompt, courteous, and extremely capable. There is much more to do on my property and I will be hiring Duke Wynne to do the work. I recommend him to anyone needing a general contractor.

Duke Wynne construction recently built a 36x60 shop for me. It was a all around great experience working with Duke and his team. They were happy to accommodate the changes I wanted from the original plans, and worked with me every step of the way until it was finished. Communication was great, his team is very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful to my family and myself. I couldn't be happier with the work they produced and defintely recommend them for any work you have!
