I have worked in building development for 16 years and never had a worse experience professionally or personally with a company or its owner. This process started back on 5/20/2025 when I spoke directly with the Owner Christian Michelsen. I received a quote for my personal home driveway two days later via email from his office. Immediately signed the contract and offer to pay as directed in full to make sure that this is scheduled. First red flag should’ve been that I couldn’t get a hold of CHRIS or his office via email or phone to find out my schedule date and multiple times Alyssa from the office after I will send three emails in one day something by the end of the day… which of course never happened. Fast-forward to almost a month later and the owner tells me that he will be at the property himself with a crew on Thursday, June 13th at 9am. It comes to be 10:15am And no one has shown so I call Chris, and he tells me he had a no-show so he is trying to figure it out. Already frustrated. I decide to see if there is anyway that you can get me scheduled for the next day. And he says that they will be there at 8:20 AM the following day to start. I don’t know why I was shocked, but nobody showed up until 10:30am. You would think that Chris would make sure he was there considering all of the issues already had but now he still chose to not show up and sent me the most incompetent staff. There are areas where there is clumps of sealant sitting in the middle of the driveway and dried, and there are some areas that didn’t even get hit with sealant. They also did not work top the bottom or side beside with the ceiling so there are random marks throughout the driveway. Lastly, you can tell that they ran out of sealant because some areas got a second coat, but other areas did not, and they also did not even use sealant all the way to the street curb that the driveway runs too.
